Seema started on the path of alternative therapies when life threw multiple challenges that became too difficult to handle. 

She was introduced to EFT in 2019 by her cousin’s friend and she followed a few videos online, but then the interest died down. In 2021, EFT came knocking at her door again when she was grieving her father’s passing and couldn’t come to terms with the situation and events that followed. There was too much of guilt, anger, resentment and grief. She attended an online course and tapped every single day with her course mates. She was so fascinated by the changes brought about just by tapping on a few points that she went on to do the online certification. Once when she was working with a client with PTSD, she looked up the symptoms online and realised that not knowing she had PTSD, she had gotten rid of it just by tapping.

She has helped more than a 100 clients with varied problems ranging from anxiety, physical issues and abuse to goal setting and career progression. 

Her passion drove her to become an EFTMRA-certified EFT practitioner, Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner, EFT Advanced Practitioner and now a Trainer of EFT Level 1 and 2. She has travelled across the country, assisting various trainers in EFT Level 1 and 2 trainings and understanding their nuances.

Her strong belief that learning never stops stems from her father’s advice, “A man stops learning only when he enters his grave”.

She is also a practitioner of Reiki in addition to Pendulum Dowsing, Melchizedek Symbols, Family Constellation, Akashic Records, Tarot and Vedic Numerology.
