Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for services already given under any circumstances. In the event that you are cancelling a training program that you have signed up and fully paid for, you will be entitled to 75% of the course fees as refund if your cancellation is recorded by email at least 15 days prior to commencement of the course. There will be no refund for any cancellations after this period.
